If your website is not ADA compliant you could receive one of these threatening letters!

Business owners of all sizes are receiving threatening legal letters from law firms for having inaccessible websites!

The American Disabilities Act (ADA) requires by law that websites are accessible to people with disabilities. This is great for end users, but scary for any business owner as law firms are taking this opportunity to prey on business owners that are not aware of these laws.

Don’t join the hundreds of other businesses that have been sued for websites that are not accessible to all users.

If your website is not accessible to people with disabilities, you’re a candidate for a lengthy and expensive lawsuit.

As if that’s not enough, having an inaccessible website risks upsetting visitors that would otherwise be valuable customers. 20% of internet users are impaired and cannot make it to your checkout if your site is not screen reader compatible.
